We will absolutely not sell, trade, or disclose any of the personal information that you share with us. We respect your privacy.
Ordering & Payment
Online - Orders may be placed securely and conveniently online 24 hrs a day, 7 days a week. Order processing is easy with our shopping cart software. Shipping & Handling charges are calculated during checkout. Online, we accept payment with Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, PayPal, and Google Checkout.
Phone - You may call us at 1 (352) 327 - 3647 to inquire about an order or product. We are available to receive your call Monday - Friday 10 a.m. - 6 p.m. EST. However you may call us at any time and leave a message if we are not available. We will return your call as soon as possible.
Mail - If you would prefer to pay with check or money order, please contact us at 1 (352) 327 - 3647 or at info@greenleafaquariums.com to place your order. We will provide you with order total and shipping charges. We will hold your order until payment is received and processed. Please mail personal check or money order payable to Green Leaf Aquariums for the total amount of charges including shipping and handling. You may also pay with an eCheck via PayPal.

Sales Tax - Orders placed that are shipped to Florida will be charged appropriate sales tax.
Shipping Information
All orders submitted Monday through Thursday will be processed for shipment within 24 hours. Orders submitted on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday will be processed to ship the following Monday. However, if we receive your order before 12 noon EST on Friday, we will do our best to ship it out the same day, on Friday. In-stock merchandise should arrive within 2 - 10 business days via USPS.
All Substrate purchases are shipped Flat Rate USPS Priority to arrive within 2 - 3 days.
Green Leaf Aquariums will ship to addresses in the 50 U.S. States, including U.S. Military Installations. APO addresses must include the individual's military rank. If you are non-military at an APO address, then the package must be sent in care of military personnel. Also, we can ship to Canada & International Destinations upon special request, please contact us for shipping charges and detailed order information. Please note that we cannot ship fertilizers outside of the U.S.
Shipping & Handling charges are calculated during checkout through our online shopping cart software. Charges are based on weight of the package. The charges will be calculated and added to your total before checkout. There are no hidden fees or charges after checkout.
Returns & Exchanges
If we have made an error to your order or damage occurred during shipment, please contact us at 1 (352) 327 - 3647 within 24 hours of item receipt so that we can make things right.
To EXCHANGE an item(s) please contact us at 1 (352) 327 - 3647 within fifteen (15) days of the item(s) receipt date. We will process your new order and provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number for the returned item. We will then ship the new items to you. Please carefully follow the return instructions below to ship us the returned item. Upon receipt of your return, we will refund your original payment method (if applicable), excluding shipping charges.
To RETURN an item(s) please read the following carefully. Please contact us at 1 (352) 327 - 3647 for a Return Authorization (RA) number, we will do everything we can to make the process easy. The Return Authorization (RA) number must be issued within fifteen (15) days of the item(s) receipt date, and the item(s) must be shipped to our return address within seven (7) days after Return Authorization (RA) number is issued, or the return will not be processed. We do not cover the cost of return shipping.
All items must be returned in brand new condition with all original packaging and components. We do not require that you use the original box and packaging materials to ship the item(s), but it would be nice to reuse and conserve. The customer is responsible for the package until it reaches our facility; please insure all return shipments including defective items. Please package item(s) carefully so item(s) is not damaged during return shipment. We are not responsible for return items damaged during shipment.
The valid issued RA number must be noted, clearly and visibly, on the outside of the packaging that you ship to us. That's it. As soon as we receive the return and process it, we will credit your original payment method. Original shipping charges are not refundable. For item purchases that included free shipping, the cost of shipping will be approximated at 10% of the retail price of the merchandise, and will be deducted from the refund.

Warranty Policy
If a product is found to be defective within thirty (30) days of receipt please contact us at 1 (352) 327 - 3647 to arrange for exchange. Please follow the guidelines provided in our Return Policy to process the exchange. After a Return Authorization (RA) number is issued to you, the defective item must be returned to us within seven (7) days. Upon receipt, we will expedite the shipment of a new product to you, and we will cover the cost of shipping. We apologize for any inconveniences and will do everything we can to correct the situation in a timely manner.
If a product is found to be defective after thirty (30) days from the date of receipt, the defective claim must be handled with the product manufacturer, if the product covered under a Manufacturer's Warranty. We would love to attempt to resolve any product issues. Feel free to call us for technical assistance.

Please contact us concerning any warranty inquiries and/or claims. Warranty does not cover damage to product, misuse of product, or improper installation. Warranty void if product is damaged, misused, or serviced by unauthorized personnel. Warranty claims must be accompanied with photos of product. If the item has suffered damage during use, please contact us for replacement parts.
